  Once you can get someone to help you, this place isn't so bad. But they need to work on their queueing process. No employees even noticed when I came in for the first time, and no one mentioned that there was a clipboard with a sign-in sheet floating around (not attached to the counter, even). Took forever to get help. I used to use Verizon, and they have a much better process with an automated kiosk to sign in and a monitor with the queue status. This T-Mobile could learn a thing or two from them, sadly.
