  I woke up this morning feeling good when my dad told me about interstate all batteries. So I called at 9am this morning and spoke to a female who name I didn't get. I told her everything about the make and model of my car and she quoted me $150.23 which included installing my battery. So I said great I'll be down as soon as I can. When I arrived this little short older man came to help me and with attitude he told me know we don't install for this model. I became emotional and frustrated that I had driven all the way down to there to do business with them. So as I was yelling with anger in the air and at nobody the man walked away from me and went back to work. So I went in to see the manager. Once I got to talk to him he and saw my 2013 Chrysler 200 he said without hesitation that we don't install this model and there's nothing I can do. I explained to him that his people need to be better trained and give out the right information. He stated to me that people make mistakes and can't help me. The only nice gesture was he jump started my car so I can get off his lot.
